Yoga

Live music yoga flow is intentional music for transformative yoga practices. Being an active practitioner of multiple disciplines of yoga, I particularly love making music for people to experience during this time. Whether it is flow or meditative, the moment is about integrating the power of asana, music and movement for change.

Together, with colleague Fred Mitchim, our instrumentation includes didgeridoo, flute, gongs, Tibetan bowls, guitar, tablas and other percussion from around the world. We have played for numerous yoga classes with many different teachers in style including Hatha, Kundalini of Sound, Restorative, and Meditation. Sensitive to individual teachers, we delicately create supportive sounds to enhance and deepen the students experience, whether it is warming up, driving higher energy, or cooling down.

“Ron and Fred have graciously shared their sublime musical talents for the last two “Changing the World One Om at a Time” yoga fundraisers. Their musical offering goes beyond the realm of talent, it is the evidence of essence and soul within their music that really defines them. Their rhythmic and eclectic sound compliments the yoga practice beautifully by setting the tone for vibrant peacefulness, awareness and contemplation. Their presence is one of mindful beings and dedicated musicians, who offer their music with passion, grace and humility. We are most grateful!”
