Yoga Events and Classes
Together, with colleague Fred Mitchim, our instrumentation includes didgeridoo, flute, gongs, Tibetan bowls, guitar, tablas and other percussion from around the world. We have played for numerous yoga classes with many different teachers in style including Hatha, Kundalini of Sound, Restorative, and Meditation. Sensitive to individual teachers, we delicately create supportive sounds to enhance and deepen the students experience, whether it is warming up, driving higher energy, or cooling down.

11-11-11 Arkansas Earth-Keeper
What a great show of love and intention at this years Earth-Keeper event in Little Rock. Fred Mitchim and I had a great time performing throughout weekend. I even had the privilege of playing didge for Max, the ancient Mayan Skull. James Tyberonn puts on a great conference, always with a convergence of good energy and amazing people, but I think it's official, the 'keepers' want a dance party next year. Austin Yoga Week
The One Ohm this week was as magical as always. Big thanks to Gioconda and Sarah Luna, and the other instructors. This year, “Changing the World, One Om at a Time” chose to sponsor the Bumi Sehat Foundation International. Playing in the Kirtan afterwords was inspirational. Thanks Sumukhi. A warm "hug-asana" to the peeps at Austin Yoga festival. Adverse weather made it a challenge but was a wonderful time. Huge smiles on all who attended! Fred and I had a great time playing and hope to be part of it again next year. Sat Nam!
